Mark Hesch
Mark has 25 years of experience in northwest commercial real estate sales and acquisitions and years of hands-on work with restaurant management and operations. Mark has been involved in over 100 transactions relating to the sale, purchase and leasing of restaurants, hospitality-related businesses and commercial real estate. He holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the Florida International University and an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America.

Constance Shain
Constance’s extensive resume includes over 20 years of leasing success with business and restaurant sales and acquisitions, commercial real estate mixed-use retail developments and residential real estate. Her in-depth grasp of the “art” of the deal stems from her background in law firm management and her creative approach developed from years working with architectural and design firms. She has been recognized for her extraordinary levels of service, attention to detail, integrity and professionalism.

Ian McGinnis
As a past business owner in the spa industry in Santa Barbara, professional artist in Broadway’s “Lion King” production, and restaurant management skills, Ian now focuses his business skills on restaurant and retail leasing, sales & acquisitions. He has built strong business relationships in the community that stem from his excellent client services. Arnold Shain
With over 30 years of experience as a Restaurant Consultant, Arnold has been called Seattle’s “restaurant guru”. Known in the Puget Sound restaurant industry his expertise in restaurant development is considered to be one of the best. He has a developed keen, sensible and wise approach to crafting creative restaurant concepts. Arnold is the founding partner of Restaurant Group, Inc. As a mentor to a distinguished list of restaurant owners, chefs and operators, Arnold’s contribution to the Northwest dining scene has been immeasurable. Travis Rosenthal
After graduating Cornell University’s Hotel School in 1997, Travis made his way to the West coast to work in the restaurant business. In 2006, Travis purchased Tango Restaurant in Seattle. When the space next to Tango became available in 2012, Travis opened Rumba, Seattle’s first rum bar. Travis has also been on the Washington Restaurant Association board for five years and has helped create and lead the Seattle Restaurant Alliance since 2010. Travis also has his restaurant real estate broker’s license and has used his strong network of colleagues to help restaurateurs grow or sell their businesses in the Northwest.
